Transformer | Investment Bank

Transformer is a Transformation Diagnostic Tool that was used to assess an organisation’s behaviours, learner preferences and motivational drivers before they began their Agile journey.

This digital tool was used to streamline the Agile coaching process - firstly, determining which teams needed the most training and, secondly, determining the biggest weaknesses among teams.

By quantifying each team’s strengths and weaknesses on a psychometric level, each team’s learning and development strategy can be tailored directly to them - cutting costs, improving learning satisfaction and improving the efficiency of teaching when compared to a blanket learning programme.

 

Mindset | High Street Retail Bank

Mindset is a digital tool that was used to better understand what teams think, feel, and believe as a large scale change programme is carried out throughout the business.

This measure of worker satisfaction was aimed at gathering data on how change programmes affect employee’s ways of working - crucially, comparing their own perceptions of how their work has been affected with physical changes in productivity.

This assessment helped to create a better distinction between successful programmes and programmes that appeared to be successful - our client was able to better understand whether change programmes would have long-hidden effects on employee satisfaction and long-run productivity gains or losses.
